Berkwood Farms is a coalition of independent family farms raising 100% antibiotic free heirloom Berkshire pork. Their animals are raised in a healthy, environmentally friendly manner under a strict code of responsible and humane animal husbandry.

The oldest registered breed of pork, Berkshire pork is known for its depth of flavor, distinctive ruby color, tenderness and exquisite marbling. Why settle for a pale imitation when you can have the real thing?

All Berkwood Farms Pork products are gluten and MSG free – easy to implement into a celiac or gluten-free menu.

Family owned and operated since 1933, Nueske’s uses old world techniques to produce a high-quality line of smoked meats without binders, fillers or extenders. The slow smoking process using real apple or cherry logs and old-world recipes yields products with a signature sweet smokiness that permeates the meat. Pederson’s Natural Farms

Headquartered in Hamilton, Texas, Pederson’s Natural Farms raises Duroc-sired pigs, a heritage breed known for high quality meat, incredible juiciness and superior marbling.

Raised on a vegetarian diet, without growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics, their Duroc pigs grow slower than those at industrial “farms”, and Pederson’s is quite alright with that. It’s a better life for the pigs, and produces the best pork ever eaten.

Pederson’s Natural Farms is pledged to growing their business responsibly and deliver on their commitment to animal welfare, community, waste reduction, and conservation. Pederson’s Natural Farms works with self-sustaining family farms because they’re good stewards of their land, and they feel the ethical obligation to provide their pigs with a comfortable life. These family farms not only raise their pigs in an open pen, but also grow the grain they use to feed them. Pederson’s participates in the Global Animal Partnership (GAP)’s 5 Step® Animal Welfare program. Their pork is certified Humane Raised and Handled.
